Whether it's a prototype or full production-We can do it all! Our 3-axis HAAS VF-2SS CNC mill, HAAS DM-1 3 axis VMC are backed by powerful GibbsCAM software. This setup allows us to be more competitive in setups and one-off projects. The Keyence IM-8030T, allows us to inspect even the most difficult parts from one item to multiple. Whether it be a one-off prototype or an existing production run, we invest in what it takes to get your parts done correctly without sacrificing quality. We can work with any material from your standard brass and aluminum to the more challenging stainless and titanium.  

Outfitted with an Epilog Laser with a rotary attachment, we can produce a great contrast on marking anodized aluminum of all colors.  Engraving can be done on Stainless Steel and Titanium as well. Working Envelope is 24x12x8.

In 2003, Scott Beydler walked into a CNC machine shop in southern California knowing very little in the trade except his skills in welding, good work ethic, and math. He was immediately hired on. In 2001, Scott enlisted into the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve until 2007. With 1 tour in Iraq as a machine gunner for convoy security, he couldn't wait to get back into machining when he got home. Now he applies years of training and knowledge in his own shop. During this time Scott acquired the skill set of micro machining and developing a patented product of his own along the way. Scott truly has a passion for machining and helping others to guarantee a high quality part the first time. Scott works alongside his wife, Andrea who manages the office and laser engraving.
